I personally had tried ACV, Apple-Cider Vingear, and Collidal Silver.

ACV can be applied orally or externally. Both ways are effective. To apply orally, I will mix a cap of AVCV into a 1.5-liter bottle, shake well, and pour it into the food bowl or water bowl for my dogs' consumption. I started with pouring into their water bowl but after awhile I observed they drink less water and now I poured into their food bowl together with their dinner and I have had no issue ever since.

As for external wounds, I will mix 3 caps of ACV with 3 caps of lurewarm water and mix it well. And I use the mixture to apply to the wounds, cuts, or bumps, and they recover after 2–3 days.
