In my previous blog post, I had a post from Fred Leow on The World Train Your Dog. Some insight of this article, "Since animals are known to learn by consequences which can make them feel happy or upset, therefore I am extremely concerned about the experiences and associations that they acquire in everyday life."

The Monsters Are Really Always Human

ree

Training should always be fun. And the more reinforcement you introduce into your training, the stronger are the behaviours. Do not listen to those who believe only in correspondence with correction and physical controls. We can work better with our animal learner using positive dog training.

Just like the Scooby-do picture, all the monsters are always from humans. This picture will be correct with people using Correction Based Training Technique. We are already into the 21st Century, why are you still resorting to primitive training concept?

Check out the previous blog post on the Pitfall of Corrective Based Training System, where we discuss the negative effects on your dogs when using such a primitive concept.

And in the previous podcast, we discuss on All About Socializing Your Puppy. We discuss the importance of socialisation and how can bring up your puppy positively and humanely.

Rescue Dogs are not damaged...

ree

Rescue or Shelter Dogs are always bear with a negative association or damage. Most of us think of rescue dogs are problematic, reactive or with medical issues. However, this is incorrect, most of the time, they landed in a shelter because their owners have let them down.

If you are looking at a new addition to your family, please consider the shelter dogs and give them a second chance.

In my PUPS Blog Series, I discuss how to puppy proof your house. Regardless of purebred, crossbred or mixed, purchased or adopted, we need to ensure our house is puppy proof.
